"Escanaba in 'da Moonlight" is the story of Reuben Soady, a 35-year-old "buckless Yooper".  Desperate to avoid becoming "the oldest Soady in the history of the Soadies never to bag a buck", Reuben employs extreme measures to bring home the venison.  At the Soady deer camp, Reuben, his father, brother and hunting buddy, The Jimmer, have an eventful evening involving euchre, magic potions, UFOs, whiskey gone bad, natural gas and the dreaded DNR.  This isn't Shakespeare, but it sure is fun!
